Keith was born in Rhode Island and raised in Carmel, Indiana he earned the Eagle Scout award and received the F.C. Tanner scholarship at Rhode Island College where he played soccer. After graduating with a BA in History and Geography, from Rhode Island College, He enlisted in the Navy an AW Aircrewman and was selected to Aviation Officer Candidate School until being medically discharged. He then worked as an executive for the Boy Scouts of America he until attending The Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Lansing Michigan where he earned his Juris Doctorate and was a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. He also earned a Diploma in International Law from the University of Notre Dame Law School, London Law Center in 1990. He recently received an M.A. in Corporate Law in 2011. In 1989 he was commissioned into The Judge Advocate General Corps where he was eventually transferred to NAS Jacksonville, FL. Concurrently with JAG he served as the Special Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of Georgia. After, leaving the Navy he and his family stayed in the North Florida area.
Keith was an Instructor and Chairman of the Law Section of the University of Phoenix, Business Department at the Jacksonville, Florida Campus. Since then he has worked in a variety of legal corporate and consulting positions, recently concentrating on consumer debt defense and specifically consulting for foreclosure defense. Recently he has been active as a Mediator on foreclosure cases. Through the years he has continued as a volunteer for the Boy Scouts earning the distinguished Silver Beaver award from the North Florida Council. Keith is also a member of the American Legion Post 373 in Orange Park Florida.
Mr. Manson is licensed to practice law in Indiana, US District Courts of Northern and Southern Indiana, Southern Georgia, US Court of Military Appeals.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
I have a Juris Doctorate and have served as a Special Assistant United States Attorney prosecuting criminal cases in Federal District Court. I have also been a criminal defense attorney in over 100 state court cases. I am very familiar with the federal and state criminal justice systems.
I have a Juris Doctorate and served as the Chairman for Law in the Under Graduate Business Department at the Jacksonville Campuses of the University of Phoenix. I was a UOP Business Law Instructor for three years.
