St. John's University (Italian Studies)
I graduated from St. John's University in 2011 with a degree in Italian Studies. As an undergrad, I worked at the tutoring lab to help organize, analyze, and assess students based on individual progress and learning abilities. I find it extremely fulfilling to help students achieve their education goals by offering extra help to get them on the right educational path.
Presently, I am a full time Homeschooling Teacher-Mom for my nine year old son. My son was struggling in his school for 2 years and that is when I made the decision to teach him myself. This is our first year and he is now almost a straight A student!
I have a degree in Italian. I wrote a 10 page paper in Italian on Dante Alighieri's, La Commedia (The Divine Comedy). I am certified to teach in the state of Florida.
I studied Art History in Italy during my stay there for a Study Abroad program. I have been fond of the Arts since a very young age and love to practice and sketch on my spare time. I also attended several Figure Drawing and Painting classes in college.
