Zahava is an extremely professional and knowledgeable teacher. She tailors each class to the student's needs and learning curve. I consider myself very fortunate to have found such an amazing teacher in such a short period of time!
Ms. Zahava F. is a very patient, professional Spanish tutor. She has many years of experience in the Dade County Public Schools, teaching middle and high school Spanish students. She brings her expertise to the private Spanish lessons, using a variety of materials from her years of teaching to incorporate all aspects of the Spanish language, including verb tenses, grammar and vocabulary. She also uses songs and singing to emphasize fluency. She is truly a wonderful teacher who makes the Spanish language exciting and alive. She spends extra time with her students for review and answering questions. Zahava tries to personalize the lessons based upon the students and their interests.
Thank you very much for you feed back. It meant a lot to me. The truth is that you are a pleasure to teach. You are a dedicated student. You are willing to work hard and you show it. I notice your progress in every meeting and there is nothing more stimulating for a teacher than to see the progress of her student. Let´s continue working hard.
Zahava's past experience as a teacher of Spanish is very evident. She comes to class prepared, is great at teaching, and accommodates my requests. She is good at creating practice drills in class, and always gives me homework. She is never late and makes class enjoyable. She is a joy to study under.
In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
