Hi, my name is Daphne and I am a freshman at the University of Florida. :) I graduated high school with my electrocardiograph technician certification as well as being salutatorian with a GPA of 8.54. I tutored throughout high school in order to get community service hours for graduation, and because I love to see students understand what they are learning. I specialize in math, it has always been my favorite subject, so anything algebra related is for me :)) However, I can help in relatively any subject except foreign languages, I did take Spanish in high school but I would not ask myself to tutor lol. I grew up with three siblings so I do understand what it is like to help younger kids, even with all of the new common core. I also used to be a teachers assistant for a first grade classroom, so I do know the ends and outs of elementary education. I can’t wait to help everyone with any subject they need. :)

I have always loved mathematics, I am currently in engineering major at the University of Florida because engineer in combines my love for math and problem-solving. I have been a gifted student my entire life and have always excelled in mathematics, I had a score of 750 on the math portion of the SAT, missing only three questions, Which I am still salty about to this day. I received a five on my EOCs for math courses including algebra 1 and geometry.

I have always loved history, I took advanced placement world history my sophomore year of high school and received a four on the exam. I have also taken college Little history courses and have excelled in each one, I love to explain the past and how it is relevant to the future.
