I am a senior Chemical Engineering undergraduate student at the University of Florida. Chemical engineering employs physics, chemistry, calculus, and numerical methods heavily so I've had much exposure to many of topics for these subjects. I've been taking Chemistry courses since my freshman year of high school and began taking Calculus courses since my junior year of high school (and tutoring for both ever since), so I'm pretty well acquainted with a majority of topics in those two subject areas. I've also been taking physics courses throughout all of college so far so I feel well-equipped to help with that too. Throughout high school, I was enrolled in higher level math and science Advanced Placement courses and was able to graduate in the top 3% of my class and was awarded as an AP Scholar with Distinction by the College Board and was nominated as a semi-finalist for both the National Achievement Scholarship through the College Board and the Ron Brown Scholars Program.

I've been told by my peers to whom I've extended help in the past that I have a good way of dissecting and analyzing different subjects and concepts in ways that greatly clarify their understanding of said subjects and concepts without adding to their confusion. My approach is basically seeing how the student would attack a certain problem, finding the faults in their methods, and trying to explain the correct method of problem-solving in ways that would be be relevant and comprehensible to them. Ultimately, I truly enjoy being able to share my knowledge with others and giving them the opportunity to understand concepts the way I do. I feel that every concept is graspable, as long as you give it the time it deserves. I'm patient, understanding, and the furthest thing from judgmental you'll ever come across. Don't play yourself and get help!

Great Tutor; Knowledgeable and patient

Made sure to review what we went over. Started with basics and started buliding on what he said. Made sure that it was just him doing the problems but engaged me in the process too.
