Hello! I'm Isabella and I'm currently a senior at the University of Florida majoring in music while also on a pre-med track. I excel in both the STEM side of education as well as the arts. I graduated high school with a 4.0 unweighted GPA and a 6.2 weighted GPA. During high school, I took and passed numerous AP courses including AP World History, AP Language, AP Biology, AP Chemistry, and AP Music Theory, and I scored a 5 on AP Literature, AP US History, AP Microeconomics, AP Macroeconomics, and AP Calculus AB. At the University of Florida, I currently have a 3.8 GPA and have passed all the medical school prerequisite classes with a grade of a B or higher, scoring As in General Chemistry 1 and 2, Biology 1 and 2, Psychology, Sociology, Statistics, and Physics 1. Right now I am studying for the MCAT and have been brushing up on all these topics.

I have been tutoring children throughout my high school and college years, specifically in math. I also have experience tutoring my peers in AP and college courses. I also have 5+ years of experience teaching children in roller skating. My favorite thing about teaching is getting to watch a student go from struggling to excelling at a subject.

I have good patience with children and a well-rounded approach to teaching math, which is great for kids who struggle. I love showing alternative approaches to questions and ensuring your student understands how to solve the problem and isn't just memorizing steps. I also excelled in math as a student, I achieved a near perfect score on the math section of the SAT, got As in every single math course I've taken at the high school and college level, and got a 5 on the AP Calculus AB exam. I have experience tutoring children in math from elementary all the way to high school.
