Approved subjects are in **bold**.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.

While obtaining dual Bachelor’s degrees in mathematics and economics with concentration in statistics, I worked as a teachers’ assistant in the math department. I graded papers and tutored students studying all courses within the department, including Algebra I – a crucial stepping stone for Algebra II, pre-calculus, trigonometry, statistics and physics.

Algebra II concepts are also seen on college level standardized tests, such as the GRE's. I understand math concepts quickly, allowing me to find multiple ways to solve each problem – I use these different methods to connect with students’ unique learning styles.
