My name is Megan. I'm currently a marketing student at UCF, but I graduated from community college a few years ago, where I took several elementary education courses. I'm also currently working at a preschool. I have a lot of experience working with kids and some with tutoring. All kids learn differently, so to have one approach to tutoring wouldn't be very effective. My method is to assess each child's learning style (visual, auditory, or kinesthetic) and teach the child based on their individual style. And, of course, to have fun doing it! Math is definitely my strong suit, but in younger grades (mainly elementary) I can do pretty much any subject. I'm free most nights after 6:30 and on Saturdays, but contact me and we'll see if we can work something out based on your schedule. Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you and helping your child to succeed! :) Hello!

My daughter was able to finish the course early with Megan's help. Would definitely use her as a tutor again! Very reliable.
In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
