I am a college level professor looking to make extra cash by helping you understand your subject matter. My background is Industrial engineering with post graduate studies in mathematical statistics. I have taught all levels of math but prefer only College level subject tutoring.
My tutoring style is very hands-on... meeting in person is the only way I prefer to teach. My sessions are 75 minutes for the simple reason is that 60 minutes goes by much too fast; also because this is a college level class time frame...
You need to try your homework BEFORE you contact me for tutoring...
Subjects include but are not limited to this list: Intermediate Algebra, College Algebra, Math for Liberal Arts, Business Calculus, Calculus, Statistics, Trigonometry, Statics, Physics, CADD (AutoCAD, 2D & 3D); Microsoft Word and Excel.

My time was well spent with Professor George. I love the way he tutors by explaining every step. He knows his stuff.
This is my first experience with a tutor. Professor George made me comfortable enough to relax and focus on learning the material for my statistics class. He is very patient, proficient, and breaks the information down so it is clearly understood. I have maintained no less than a 98.8 in my graduate Statistics class. Thank you Professor George for helping me to learn and see things statistically.
In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
I possess a master's degree in engineering, have used AutoCAD since release R7, and have used AutoCAD in engineering capacity for over 15 years. I have been teaching CAD 1 & CAD 2 using AutoCAD 2014 at SPC in Clearwater for 2 years.
I possess an AS degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from SUNY College Farmingdale, NY. Additionally, I have a master's degree in Industrial Engineering.
I have a BS in applied mathematics from SUNY College Old Westbury, and one of the courses I have taken was called Linear Algebra. It is an abstract course dealing with eigenvalues, eigenvectors, matrices.
I have taught EGS1007 at Valencia Community College. Part of this course was to teach basic MATLAB commands.
