You can call me Sra. or Maestra Ludy. I like to remember all the little pupils who learned the word " Maestra" which means Teacher and that was their very first word in Spanish. I love the title teacher because that is what I do, not for a living but to impart a knowledge which I take as a very important part of our global business world.
I always excelled in my academic endeavors from high school valedictorian to mostly upper 3.5 GPA in Graduate School. I obtained some grants in both graduate and undergraduate courses. I created various school musical productions and some in Spanish. I can turn a non-motivated student into aspiring honor candidate. Both young and old learners deserved some "push" in order to reach their goals. There is no unimportant subject area, but a personal motivation to see the importance of such subject.
I am a retired Educator but still feel I have something to contribute to society reflected in the fruits of my years of teaching in some former students who are now professionals, police officer, clerks, parents, military men and some missionaries. I love both learning and teaching and I can make them be the motivational goals of this process of tutoring. I love to challenge and have fun while learning at you own pace. I believe in the individual type of learning. Each to his/her own type of learning with right motivations and creative lessons are my best tools in the one on one process of tutoring. Be who you are, no inhibitions, not afraid to make errors in learning a new language, but above all, have fun and apply your acquired knowledge in you daily life.
If you are ready to make the first step to one-in-one and a personal method of learning, tutoring is the answer for you. I am sure you will not be disappointed and you can trust and rely on this old but young at heart teacher;

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
