I've worked with Special Needs adults, had 4 children of my own, and at times when my schedule permitted, worked as a teacher's aide for the Lakewood School System in Cleveland, Ohio where I recently moved from. I have an Associates Degree in Retail, am a Licensed Massage Therapist and am a Certified Phlebotomist. I also have taught massage techniques to large groups of people. The first question I tend to ask is "where are you stuck?" "What if you tried 'this?' to get a feel for where the student is. I have a great deal of patience and will use examples to get a point across. I've have a passion for the English language and have always scored very high on any sort of grammar, comprehension test. I will be able to be of assistance in that area, medical knowledge, simple math and possibly other areas. We'll have to see what the need is.
