I have taught Spanish in the public schools, universities, and in corporate America for over twenty years. I have written my own book on teaching Spanish and use my own teaching methods to make sure that students leave with a full understanding of the grammar, syntax and culture of the language. I am an expert at what I do, and I'm positive that young students as well as adult students will grasp the concepts and leave with an excellent understanding.
I have studied abroad and have learned the culture. I teach via an easy method of learning that is geared towards student achievement. My method is simple, but thorough. I teach to college students, high school students, middle school students and adults. I have a bachelor's degree in Spanish and a Master's degree in Spanish Education. In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
I am qualified to teach this subject area because a have a bachelor's and master's degree in it and I've been a Spanish teacher for over twenty years.
