Hi,
I am, originally,an Indian woman. I have got opportunities to work with different groups of students in India. Science and mathematics are my major subjects, but I like to teach other subjects too. Teaching those students with different mental levels and capabiliites, I succeeded to connect their learning with real world situations. It makes learning fun and meaningful.

Hi,
I am, originally,an Indian woman. I have got opportunities to work with different groups of students in India. Science and mathematics are my major subjects, but I like to teach other subjects too. Teaching those students with different mental levels and capabiliites, I succeeded to connect their learning with real world situations. It makes learning fun and meaningful.
In order to learn new teaching and learning strategies, I entered Delaware University again and got my Masters degree in Education. I am very much involved in my own children's learning. I love to help my son to make 3D models for science projects and he loves the way I teach him to use his prior knowledge in new assignments. I am preparing my daughter for SAT test for next year. I removed her all fears of technology, math and science.
I connect with students very quickly. I understand the way students think and percieve. I really enjoy teaching and interacting with students of all age groups. I believe perseverance is key to success.I will be there to assist my students.

It is very challenging to recognize the students perspective, establishing rapport, and engaging students in meaningful work. My most fulfilling moment is when I visit a school again, and students come to me and say that they remember when I subbed in their class last time; and they ask me to come back.
