Saved my Civ Pro 1 final!!!!

Paul was a serious life saver. He worked with me twice on a Sunday before my 9 am Civ pro final. It was the best time and money I’ve ever spent. I would have probably done pretty bad but after Paul worked out some hypos with me I started to gain confidence and get Into a rhythm. On my test it carried over and I was able to identify the hypo issues and hit 6 dreaded essays with ease (well ease for a law school exam at least). I really appreciate how he went above and beyond and patiently worked with me throughout the day. Highly recommended. I look forward to more tutoring next semester.

The construction and format of a Deed, using the given raw data and information, and how construct the writing of the other interrelated parts or components of a Deed (e.g. its subsets, such as: Transfer of Ownership, Tax Reference, Property, Witnesses and other elements and what aspect of the Deed template was unneeded in this case-filtering etc.), and Paul taught about the party's and where, how and why they are written into the specific areas of the contract etc.
