About Breeana

I received my Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics at Scripps College, and double minored in studio art and biology, in May 2015. I am currently attending George Washington University School of Medicine as a first year medical student. I began tutoring in high school through the after-school tutoring program and have been tutoring high school students in AP Calculus AB and BC since coming to Scripps. Because I have been tutoring this subject for so long, I have been able to maintain an excellent level of mastery of the material, and I am also very attentive to how the AP test and the grading works. I also received a 5 on the AP Calculus BC exam in May 2010 and a 5 on the AB subscore. I am able to teach full lessons, help with homework, provide practice problems, etc., depending on what you or your student needs. Approved subjects are in bold.

Approved subjects

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
