Hello, all!

I studied international relations at USC, with concentrations in international political economy and the region comprising the former Soviet Union and Eastern Europe. I spent one semester living abroad in St. Petersburg, Russia studying Russian and lived there for a couple of months the following year. Additionally, I have worked two stints in the United States Senate.

Currently, I'm a financial analyst for a government agency that works internationally, combining both international accounting experience with government experience. The majority of my 10 years of experience as an accountant has been with various non-profits, both local chapters and national / international headquarters of large organizations. One of my responsibilities at work is to train all new employees on accounting, as well as on the various software packages they would use and to travel to international subcontractors to establish financial procedures.

I have tutored in the past for financial accounting, managerial accounting, international relations, political science and middle / high school math, English, economics and history / government.

History

Government & Politics

Government & Politics

In addition to working on a presidential campaign, I also spent two terms working for a United States Senator on the Senate Floor in Washington, DC. Given that exposure, I experienced the inner workings of government on a daily basis. I also majored in international relations in college, which is a subset of political science.
