University of Texas (French, MES)
My name is Kevin and I'm a 27-year-old in love with the French language. I have a BA in French from The University of Texas at Austin and, after teaching English in France, have taught French for the last 5 years. I ran a small business teaching French in Houston, but decided to go back to school for my MA in Washington. I have done one-on-one tutorials as well as taught large classrooms, and I've worked with children and adults alike. I prefer one-on-one tutorials or small groups, as I feel they're the most effective.

Kevin is a very good tutor in the French language. He is always on time, professional, and sticks to the topics for review during the session. I will definitely work with Kevin in the future for more French classes.
In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
Taught ESL in France to students, as well as in Houston to professionals from Korea, Japan, Portugal, Russia, and Saudi Arabia.
My degree is in French, so I am able to explain the rules in a very clear way that a second language learner needs. I speak the language fluently and love working with all ages (literally from 5 to 75!). I've been teaching for the last 4 years and my students have gone from beginners to nearly fluent and failing grades to A's.
