Hello! My name is Chloe and I am excited to help tutor in whatever subject you may need! I have a professional background that gives me all of the skills and experience to effectively tutor you (or your child) in a variety of subjects. I graduated from Williams College, Cum Laude, with a major in Chemistry and a minor in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. During my time in college, I tutored 4th and 5th graders each week at the local elementary school. Following graduation, I taught 1st grade at a very rigorous charter school in Manhattan for two years. In this capacity, I taught all core elementary school subjects, including reading, writing and math. In 2018, I began medical school at the University of Maryland School of Medicine where I am currently a 4th year student. Throughout medical school, I have enjoyed working at the local elementary school to tutor STEM subjects to 3rd and 4th grade students weekly. I am excited to pass on my tips and tricks to help you achieve great academic success!
On a personal note, I am originally from Annapolis, Maryland. I currently live in Washington, DC with my husband and our English Cream Golden Retriever, Murphy. I love to hike, cook, and read. I scored a 35 on the ACT (99th %ile) and a 515 on the MCAT (94th %ile). Following graduation from medical school, I will be working at BCG (Boston Consulting Group) as a consultant.
