In high school, I ran a local tutoring non-profit at the YMCA, which tutors middle in high schoolers in a variety of subjects. I specialize in both the math and reading/writing sections of SAT/PSAT test prep. I have previously tutored, and am currently tutoring high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors looking to improve their scores and gain acceptance to top colleges. My tutoring method is simple: I develop an extensive plan of test preparation, and we complete many exercises together, working towards mastery. I love explaining the intricate details, or the "Why?" behind complex problems, and sequentially applying elementary skills to solve more challenging questions.
