Hello! My name is Julia, great to meet you! During my college years, I worked part-time as an accounting, math and computer science assistant professor. I’ve worked with a plethora of student backgrounds from business school to culinary arts programs and everything in between to help improve quantitative skillsets and improve their grades! Since college, I’ve been studying for professional accreditation programs and worked in financial service environments such as private banking, asset management, mergers and acquisitions. While being very fulfilled from a professional standpoint, I genuinely miss tutoring and believe it’s a great way to help the next generation of leaders!

While I’ve mainly primarily with students, I am able to help or assist with any professional service tasks from financial planning to tax composition to resume writing! I have experience and really enjoy doing all of it!

I believe that passion makes me a wonderful math tutor, I take real world examples and apply them to help my students understand and break down problems into a pragmatic fashion that is relatable and repeatable for a time when I'm no longer there to assist them.

Career development is a passion of mine and I've always enjoyed when I can assist others in this manner. Having been through career shifts and development cycles myself, I know the perseverance, drive and interpersonal skills required to have the opportunity to get a job that "dream job".

The ability to tutor someone and help to shape what their career path may be is truly a passion of mine and I find incredibly rewarding. Through this passion, I've witnessed my students grow intellectually, psychologically, and personally; therefore, this improves their quality of life. Providing students the ability to change their career path or open an unexpected door brings me inexplicable happiness!
