Most recently teaching to adult professional baseball players looking to advance to Major Leagues from Latin countries, I am well-traveled, enjoy what I do, and bring enthusiasm to subjects that might otherwise seem irrelevant. With a Master's Degree in Teaching ESL and an Undergraduate Degree in International Business, I am qualified and experienced designing curriculum aligned with organizational objectives. Running group and one on one classes in Italian Banks in Milan gave me insight on how to engage adult students working a regular 9-5pm workday.

Uncovering the connection that the content has with the student makes a channel of relevance and is a necessary component for students of all ages.
The pathway to educating successful individuals is by asking questions and listening. What is your definition of success? Success for me as an educator involves a combined approach: holistic and student centered. It has given me a continued sense of youth, a consistent encouraging spirit for my students, and exposed a world of opportunity.
With a background in performing arts and annual mission work, this global and holistic approach will benefit learners of all types and is known as versatility.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
I have a Master's Degree in Teaching, English as a Second Language, and am certified by the state Department of Education to teach Adult Language Learners.
I teach English as a Second Language to groups of Latin men during a sports season. In order to establish rapport with them outside of classroom hours, I converse in their native tongue. I maintain active mission work in a Spanish Speaking Country.
