My love for art and art history has taken me many places and I would enjoy sharing my experiences with student who are interested in learning about art, creating a dynamic art project or simply looking for creative ways to become better scholars using visual arts.

I've studied at The National Gallery of Art in Washington D.C, The Louvre and Musee d'Orsay in Paris, France and the Vatican Museums and Galleria Nazionale d'Arte Moderna in Rome, Italy.

I've learned extraordinary ways to think critically, build my confidence for public speaking and retain historical facts. I am confident that my skills can help students excel in their studies.

As an arts educator I've helped countless students develop the necessary skills needed to increase their success in school. Working in a museum environment, everyday students K-12 and college scholars visit our galleries to learn more about art, history, social issues and even math and science. Art allows students to be not only creative and self-expressive, it allows students to embrace inclusion and diversity.

As an art historian I am required to do an extraordinary amount of reading and research. Reading helps to expand my vocabulary as well as consider a broader global perspective to matters.

Dates, people and places are imperative to art historians. As I lecture to diverse audiences it is important to know the facts. Reading and researching allows me to retain and disseminate historical facts.

For the past twenty-five years I've been an art student. Life long learning has been at the core of my being. My passion for art coupled with my will to study and teach history have allowed me to proudly hold the title art historian. On-going research makes me qualified to teach art history.

Contact me if you are interested in developing new ways to think out of the box creatively and becoming a successful scholar.
