Hi, I have tutored for over 7 years with many different topics. I tutored elementary math, high school level math, AP Economics, Korean, and so on. I was a tutor for Korean/Math/Stat/Economics courses back in college. I also held math review session for college students who were preparing standardized tests such as GRE and MCAT.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.

I have a BA in mathematics and have worked as a math tutor for various math courses including Algebra 2.

I had 5 in my AP Calculus BC, took Calculus III in college, got A in the class, and have experience helping/tutoring others with calculus.

I took MTH153 discrete math course in Smith College where I got my BA in Math. After completing the course with A, I was working as a tutor helping student in that class.
