Svetlana is an awesome tutor. With her help, my daughter went from someone who seriously thought about dropping her high school Russian class to getting top grades. Russian grammar can make or break a Russian language student, and Svetlana has managed to make it much easier and accessible for my daughter. She is a very enthusiastic teacher and packs a tremendous amount of learning into each lesson. Very competent!! Worth every penny. Most importantly, my daughter gained her confidence back and once again is enjoying the language.
In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
Teaching is my real passion which inspires my students making the whole process efficient, productive and interesting.
