Approved subjects are in bold.

Approved subjects

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.

AutoCAD

I am a very experienced user of Blender. i also have Autodesk, Maya, etc. But since Blender uses all of their features combined, I tend to stick to Blender. I am very adept at creating, adapting, and manipulating 3-D models using AutoCAD.

Autodesk Maya

I have been making and selling 3-D models online using Maya, Blender and Autodesk for the past 3 years. Self taught, very capable. My meshes go for $30-125 each on average. I am able to rig, bake textures, and render perfectly. Most importantly, I can explain exactly how to "get from A to B" to newbies. I remember each and every hurdle that needs jumping.

English

I am a Law grad, theatre major (undergrad), I have one year of middle school teaching, and I have had many clients aged 12-15.

LSAT

Took LSAT twice (154,162) and wish I knew then what I know now! I've had three LSAT clients, all have improved a lot. I also can provide comprehensive materials to assist, if followed, will guarantee a good score.

Macintosh

I have been a Mac user for the past ten years. I have owned a MacBook Pro and an iMac (2014). I am a freelance graphic designer with both.

SAT Reading

I have tutored this test more than any other test or topic. My legal education provided me with the highest level of literacy and I am naturally relatable and a good communicator. In identifying each student's learning style, I maximize their potential in the shortest amount of time.

Theatre

I graduated with a BA in theatre performance from Northeastern University. I also enjoyed a career as a professional actor (theatre, film, and TV.) Credits include: Commonwealth Shakespeare (Boston Common Summer Stock), Boston Theatre Works, as well as various film credits.

Track & Field

I was a member of the Division-I NCAA men's track team at Northeastern University. Prior to that, I was an All-State HS sprinter in CT. Events include 100m, 200m, 400m, 500m, 800m, and relays.

Writing

Based on my recent cognitive abilities tests (formal, professional), my writing scores are in the 96th percentile (very superior label).
