I earned my BSN 6 years ago and have done a significant amount of peer tutoring for the NCLEX and other nursing exams. Using good test-taking strategies, I passed my NCLEX for the first time in 75 questions. The NCLEX is a strategy-based exam that requires a strategic and well planned approach to answering questions. My nursing career in the ICU coupled with my experience as a medical student (now 4th year) has given me substantial exposure to the pathophysiology and pharmacology tested on the NCLEX.
