Roger Williams University (Mechanical Engineering)
My name is Brendan C. I went to Roger Williams University. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. I was an Engineering tutor in college where I worked 10+ hours a week tutoring students on various Math, Science, and Engineering related problems.
I am currently employed and I am working as a Manufacturing Engineer. I complete a lot of design work and have a lot of people skills because I help all the floor workers complete their jobs. I write technical work instructions and create fixtures and work cells using SolidWorks. If you would like to see my resume please feel free to email me.
I took every math course offered in high school. From Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, and AP Calculus. In college I took Calculus 2, Differential Equations, Probability and Statistics, and Modern Mathematics. I also completed 10+ engineering courses that were very heavy in math. I have taken a lot of math classes and classes on how to apply what you have learned in these classes into the real world. I also tutored in college so I have experience in assisting students whom need a little help or those who need review on an entire lesson.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
