Patient and Highly Personable Tutor

During yesterday's lesson, Dan reviewed the basics of how to solve projectile motion equations. This has been an area that I've struggled with in my physics class. Dan is patient, personable and does a really great job of explaining the material in way that's easily digestible for any student regardless of their skill level. After each session, I left feeling a little more confident in my ability to do well in my class.

Great tutor who explains things clearly!

My son is really enjoying his tutoring sessions in Physics and Algebra II. Dan explains things very clearly for him, is patient, goes over everything until my son gets it and leaves him with notes that he can review. All around great tutor!

A winner for teens!

My daughter has had one lesson with Daniel so far and walked away feeling hopeful about grasping physics for the first time. Daniel reviewed basics with her to fill in the gaps. He is patient and kind and funny. Great rapport with teens. My daughter commented that Daniel is "SO smart" but relays his concepts in an easy to understand way. I highly recommend Daniel as a tutor so far.

High Flexibility

Dan was able to adjust his schedule and meet with Patricia. Without Dan's help she might be struggling even more to understand the concepts. That would be a death spiral as she would become more and more frustrated with the subject.

A Wonderful Tutor

My daughter had difficulty with both physics and precalc. He was very patient and made a significant difference in her understanding of the subject matter and her grades. I definitely plan on asking him for help again this year.

We hit the jackpot!

I cannot say enough about Dan. I was referred to your site from a friend who had an equally great experience with a different tutor. Immediately I had the choice of many qualified tutors in my area. I had all their information at my disposal. I emailed about 10 potential tutors. Everyone got back to me in a very timely manner which was awesome since my daughter needed help sooner than later. They all were qualified and willing to help but Dan stood out. We definitely hit the jackpot. Not only were his qualifications excellent but he has an equally good personality and a gift for teaching. Just because someone is smart, does not make them a good teacher. We are very pleased with our experience so far and after only 3 lessons my daughter's confidence has soared and she got a 91 on her first Calculus quiz. Only days before she was ready to hang it up! We still need his help and will continue to rely on Dan to get us through the rest of this class. Great site! Great tutor! Thank you!
