Hi! I'm a current junior at the University of Connecticut majoring in math. I have 2 years of math tutoring experience with mainly college students. I would love to expand my horizons to earlier grade such as high school or middle school. One thing I love most about tutoring is making connections with fellow students. It makes me feel more comfortable guiding students through math problems because we both support each other during the process.

Hi! I'm a current junior at the University of Connecticut majoring in math. I have 2 years of math tutoring experience with mainly college students. I would love to expand my horizons to earlier grade such as high school or middle school. One thing I love most about tutoring is making connections with fellow students. It makes me feel more comfortable guiding students through math problems because we both support each other during the process.

Even though I don't have any experience teaching math in the classroom setting or in a lecture hall, my goal over the next few years is to advanced to that position. As a tutor, I'm not able to teach all the material to the students. I mostly guide them through whatever problems they are stuck on.

I believe I'm a very good math tutor because I understand the needs and worries of my fellow students. I'm able to listen and understand the stresses they undergo and go step-by-step to put them in the right direction. I don't give direct answers to my students' proposed problems, but give them hints and clues to advance.

I believe I can change a student's perspective on math to a very positive one. Math isn't so difficult when you have somebody patient to guide you through it. If you are interested in my tutoring services, please contact my profile :)
