Plymouth State University (BS in Biology)
I graduated from Plymouth State University in May of 2017 with a bachelor's of science degree in biology. I had a wide variety of interests in the field of biology throughout my college career. I graduated with a broad understanding of the subject including environmental biology, human health, animal behavior, and much more. I also gained a lot of lab experience during my time at PSU, I was a research assistant in a circadian clock lab for two years and became very experienced in scientific writing.
I found that a lot of my success during my time at PSU came from those professors that I worked with. Often they would work one on one with me when I asked, giving great advice on not only the subject I came to them about but also on other subjects. I hope to help future students in ways that my professors have helped me.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
