Pierre earned his M.A in International Affairs and a B.A in Criminology at Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida. As a native of Port-au- Prince,Haiti, he has a strong interest in French Literature, in particular, the 17th and the 18th century France. While enrolled as a graduate student at Florida State University, he volunteered as a Mentor and Tutor in several after school programs, designed for the most part, for "at risk students". He also gave many lectures in Francophone Literature as a visiting-guest speaker in both Middle and High School while studying at the Florida State University. He is currently self-employed as a private French Tutor and Interpreter in the Loveland- Fort Collins area while awaiting his "Teach for America" License. He can be contacted through WyzAnt.
