Very patient with special needs

Ileane has been an amazing piece of what helps my special needs son learn, grow and achieve with school. Her knowledge of IEP's and curriculum have been key in helping me advocate for his success, and in helping him with his learning development. Ileane picks up on deficits and concerns that are missed by his teachers and even myself. She is an integral part of the team.
