Hey guys! I consider myself a well-rounded person who is passionate about teaching and helping others. I enjoy motivating students to work hard and I aim to teach for transformation, meaning that I strive to make a lasting impact on my students so that they excel in the world. I use a love and logic approach in which I present myself as a loving servant leader. One of my other strengths is empathy, which helps me teach according to the individual learning styles of each student. I am passionate about many things from sports and outdoor adventure to art and writing. To name a few specific interests, I love: basketball, volleyball, football, hiking, rock climbing, camping, biking, snowboarding, drawing, graphic design, photography, writing, drums, and much more! I have a B.A. in Graphic Design and Physical Education, and I am finishing a M.A. in Education this summer. I have taught 2nd grade for two years, 3rd grade for one year, coached basketball for two years, tutored students for many years off and on, and I have many additional years of experience in these fields. I would love an opportunity to meet your needs!
