I can tutor both lower level and upper level math and physics classes, from high school level to sophmore/junior college level. My approach to teaching is based on you're needs as student. So whether you need a tutor to help with overarching concepts or just quick hw questions you will benefit from my sessions.
Currently I am in a Physics PhD program focusing on materials science and magnetics.
I have a bachelor's degree in mathematics and due to my physics background have a mastery over both basic and advanced calculus. However I've been tutoring lower levels of math since high school when my friends needed help with algebra and trigonometry. Thus I've never lost the connection with teaching students less advanced in mathematics (and in many cases I very much prefer teaching students algebra-precalc level classes).
You can contact me whether your looking for a full time tutor for a semester or just need a couple quick sessions.
(I'm TAing for PH 141 at CSU this semester, so if you are taking this class for Fall 2017 I cannot take you on as a student due to the conflict of interest to my contract with CSU. Sorry for the inconvenience.)
