Colorado Womans College (Psychology)
Dear Parent and Student,
Having worked in numerous sales and marketing businesses I can promise you that communication skills are a must. It is imperative to communicate the need for a product or service to the customer, member or student in order for them to feel the need to purchase the product or service. If you are unable to understand a subject you will not be able to communicate that subject to anyone else. "Do you understand?" is a statement that I live by, for without understanding there is little retention, communication or success.
My BA degree in Psychology & Management from Colorado Woman's College and AAS degree in Graphic Design Pre-Press Technology from AIMS Community College have provided me with the tools necessary to assist you in your efforts to understand the importance of communication through Graphic Design, reading, writing, English and grammar.
In addition, my acceptance into college was based on my ability to apply and receive scholarships, loans, and grants to help pay for my tuition. None of my education was paid for by my parents. I learned at an early age, and at great financial expense, the cost of putting oneself through college.
My goal will be to help you learn from my experiences and avoid potential pitfalls through knowledge and understanding.

For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
