My name is Logan and I'm a transfer student from Illinois. Public speaking has been a passion of mine throughout High school and college. I was lucky enough to find a public speaking organization called Toastmasters which gave me a place to practice and more importantly receive constructive feed back. In my first two years of college in Illinois, I took an assortment of public speaking and communication courses. Again fortune smiled upon me and I had the opportunity to work closely with one of my professors who mentored me.
I've learned so much from my mentors in public speaking and I want to share that knowledge with others. Public speaking is an often overlooked skill simply because it is scary. However, the benefits far outweigh the deterrents. Public speaking is one of the most important skills to advance in ones career and the confidence gained is useful in everyday life.
Through Toastmasters I have had the opportunity to compete in the state level competitions twice.
I have taken as many communication courses as possible through college including, Public Speaking 101, Intercultural Communication, and Advanced Public Speaking.
I was lucky enough to learn from some of the best speakers in Illinois, and I want to pass all that they taught me on.
If you are looking for ways to stand out from the crowd in your current or future career, look no further than public speaking. I look forward to working together. Hi,

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
