I have taught everything from anthropology and astronomy to zoology, including microbiology, physics, chemistry, geology and earth science at college prep and undergraduate levels.
In geology, my classes ranged from physical geology 101 to historical and structural geology and stratigraphy. I have supervised field work and special projects.
I like to think outside the box, and I hope to show struggling students that science can be mastered by anyone with a can-do mindset. "Question everything. Go and learn something..." Euripides had the right idea

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.

I have been teaching ballroom dancing in Colorado for 20 years, coaching couples and team for national competitions.
I taught dance at Bethlehem Lutheran School in Denver (5th & 8th grade) which was documented by Denver's Channel 9 News team.
I am a member of the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance. their certification involves a full day examination, (written, verbal and physical demonstration) of the theory and practise of 10 International and 10 American style ballroom dances, including, inter alia, salsa.
My salsa performance group has given an exhibition at the Denver History Museum, as part of their Hispanic heritage celebrations.
I am a Member of the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance.
I have competed in 5 dance and 10 dance categories on the national level, and studied dance in Buenos Aires for an additional 4 months.
I am qualified to teach American, International and Argentine Tango.
