About Matt

I'm a business professional as well as an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher of mathematical concepts to students of all levels. I hold a B.S. in Mathematics, an MBA in Finance, and a PhD in Research Methods & Statistics, with emphasis in Finance. I've helped tutor a number of students before I found Wyzant.com and can provide references when needed. If you need help making math make sense, look no further.

I've tutored students in Elementary School math, GMAT prep, Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry, Calculus, and Statistics. If you need test prep for the ACT, SAT, GRE, or GED I can help with that too. My previous students have complimented me on my patience and ability to explain concepts clearly. Not only will you know how to get the right answer, you will know why it's right.

I prefer to meet in a public location for the first lessons,
or at the parent's home for younger students.
This is to provide a safe and comfortable environment to learn in.

If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
