About Philip

I have about 15+ years experience working with and on computers, though most of that time was working on my personal machines. I enjoy working with people, which helped me develop into a very good customer support technician. My last position was a help desk/web site applications support technician where I answered multiple phone support calls concerning computer and network issues from basic log-on trouble to not being able to connect to the Internet.

I enjoy teaching and training people how to use the computer and the different applications. I also enjoy learning from the people I am training as well. Although I know much about the computer, I don't know every little detail. This allows me to learn alongside students or co-workers in trying to find a solution to each issue.
