As a special education generalist, I have taught in both public and charter schools. My passion is teaching reading and comprehension at the early learning stages, and developing writing skills at the middle and secondary levels to those who are interested in continuing to post-secondary education. As a special education generalist, I have taught in both public and charter schools. My passion is teaching reading and comprehension at the early learning stages, and developing writing skills at the middle and secondary levels to those who are interested in continuing to post-secondary education. Instruction is designed to meet that of the individual learning styles and skill level. My creative lesson planning is intended to motivate the learner by achieving short term goals that lead to successful experiences in learning. This, in turn, builds self esteem and a sense personal pride of achievement.
