Wyzant changed my rating from 5 to 2, why?

My son had the first lesson with Jon. It was great and my son loved it. Jon is very knowledgeable on the poetry for 10th grade and my son learned a lot. After the lesson Jon messaged me about what they learned and how it went. My son is not a self-driven kid, Jon is very encouraging. I am so grateful for finding a match for my son on Wyzant. I gave Jon a five star rating right after the class. However, I saw an email today from Wyzant saying my recent lesson didn’t meet my expectation. I was shocked and went to Wyzant. I found my rating for Jon got changed from 5 stars to 2 stars. I have no idea how this happened. So I changed to rating back to 5 stars. Can Wyzant administrator tell me why my rating got changed?
