About Judith

Ms. T. is a part time instructor for the Johns Hopkins University Whiting School of Engineering’s Technical Management, Engineering Management and Space Systems Engineering. She also has developed online and blended classroom courses for the program and lectures in Information Research and Advanced Technology. Ms. T. was a Principal Staff member at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory working in information management, policy and communication. She received her Bachelor’s in Labor Relations from San Francisco State University in 1983, and her Masters in Library Science from Queens College in 1998.

Extensive experience in working with students from grade school through graduate school to develop high quality research papers.

Certificate in Teaching English as a Second Language from UC Berkeley Extension, 1988.


Fluent in written and spoken conversational Greek.
