I worked with Just2Tutors for three years, supporting high school and college students in writing and executive functioning skills. In this role, I helped students strengthen essay structure, develop thesis clarity, organize research, and build sustainable planning systems for long term academic success. My work focused not only on improving individual assignments, but on strengthening the underlying skills that make students more independent and confident over time.
In addition to one on one coaching, I have taught lecture courses of more than 100 students at the University of Colorado as an adjunct professor. In these university settings, I emphasized writing process, revision practices, argument development, and critical thinking. Excellent High School writing tutor for demanding programs

Avery has been an excellent tutor for my son. He was able to help him significantly with writing in a demanding 10th grade IB program while also navigating a particularly challenging course and instructor. Although Avery joined late in the semester, he made a noticeable impact on both my son’s confidence and academic performance in a very short amount of time. My son was consistently enthusiastic about the sessions and always looked forward to meeting with him.
