excellent tutor

I have a liberal arts background. I did not have to take any accounting of financing courses in undergrad because of my major. In June of 2022, I started working on my MBA. After 12 credit hours I had a 4.0 GPA. I felt very confident; however, once I started accounting my world changed. I was unable to complete my first homework assignment and knew I needed help. I used Wyzant in the past for my children so I thought I would give it a try. I reached out to Ellesa and within a few hours she contacted me. She made herself available and assured me that I could be successful. That day she booked an session with me later that evening. She was very kind and didn’t seem to be bothered at all with my lack of understanding concepts. She patiently reviewed the chapter until I had a firm grasp. I am very thankful to have Ellesa as a tutor. I would highly recommend her for a novice or someone experience in accounting. She’s brilliant and knows how to instruct based on your level. Responsive and patient!

Ellesa has a vast knowledge of the business disciplines, which makes her flexible and knowledgeable. Personally, Ellesa is kind and patient even when I have been lost and slow in trying to grasp certain concepts which I am very happy about because I am very hard on myself yet Ellesa's patience has helped me persevere. She is very dedicated and steady. Overall I really love the fact that she is a "rock" to my stress which seems unreasonable- she's either too kind or just gifted with patience. In addition, she is accommodating to one's schedule and she is able to teach in various ways, such as in Excel, Financial Calculator, or long-handed format; etc.

Ellesa has taught me when to use certain graphs and what each of their purpose serves. Ellesa has helped me go over past quiz and homework questions. She has taught me monetary policy/banking and aggregate demand and supply. I like how I give her the material we go over in our sessions.

Knows the theory but does not understand the problems

I booked a session with her , because my final was coming up . However , she did not how to solve the problems , she had an answer totally different from my profesor's and I had to explain her the logic behind the problem . She's supposed to teach me, not the other way
