I have three years of teaching the Computer Information Technology Administrator certification at Learnet Academy in Los Angeles. There I taught Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Adobe Photoshop. Aside, from the these applications I am also very good in the Linux operating system. I first started using Linux back in 2003 and now do a great deal with it, such as host my own web, email, and VoIP systems.
What I love about teaching and tutoring is being able to see my student's smile and enjoy what they are learning as opposed to feeling stuck.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
I first started learning about Linux on my own in 2003 when I was working in the network operations center for the University of Southern California. Shortly, thereafter, I began to host my own email systems on Linux using the HORDE application framework. I moved on to using Linux as a VoIP phone system and still do to this day with systems hosted online with Digital Ocean.
I first started using Windows when it was Windows 3.1 in 90's. In the last 20 years I've used variants of Windows working for real estate companies, IBM, USC, Fonality, and Learnet Academy. I'm proficient in handling any task in Windows, including using the DOS prompt as needed for specific scripting purposes.
