Janet is an extremely knowledgeable, and personable instructor. She was authentically passionate about helping me improve my sign language skills, and encouraged me to pursue the language further. Weather you are a beginner or advanced ASL student, or simply interested in using the language for conversational purposes, Janet will guide you and motivate you towards your path. Simply the best!
Janet helped breakdown and translate many of the key signs we needed to use with our son. She was very clear and offered ways in which we could remember them as well as sending the vocab list for us to work from. Very pleased.
In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
