My name is Brianne. I have ten years of teaching experience. I've taught Fifth grade, Math to students in grades 1-8, and Science to students in grades 1-8. I am passionate about learning, creating curriculum, and delivering lessons that are fun and hands on.
The past five years, I've been at home caring for my two daughters. Becoming a parent has influenced my perspective education, drastically. I enjoy working one on one with students. In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
