Craig was great with my son. We are looking forward to having many more sessions with him in the future.
Craig is helping my daughter with Alg II and she has more confidence, and understands what she's doing. Thanks Craig!
I really like Craig as a tutor. I am very bad at math but I ended with a 94% in my business statistics class. Even though I missed a few classes, he always tries to help me the best he can even with the little knowledge I know about math.
After Craig works with my daughter she feels good about herself and feels like math is not so bad. :)
Craig was very patient and made sure I understood each piece of information before moving on. He is very knowledgeable in statistics and has really helped me improve.
My daughter just started working with Craig. I find him very friendly and very knowledgable in the subject he is helping my daughter with(geometry) most importantly my daughter likes him and enjoys being tutored by him. I would highly recommend his services.
Craig tutors my daughter in Algebra II. He is patient, thorough, knowledgable and empowering . He is a skillful guide and teacher, yet allows her to process independently as well, for a complete understanding of concept and process.
Craig was kind, helpful, patient and knowledgeable - he guided my daughter but made sure she was doing the work and understanding the concepts.
Craig really is knowledgeable and has a way of explaining Pre-Cal/Trig to put the student at ease where they have a better understanding of the concept and problem. The other plus is how fast he is in his response time, and so accommodating. I highly recommend Craig if you need help with Pre-Cal/Trig/Physics. He also is very kind and my daughter can't say enough positive things about him.
Craig clearly explains concepts and will patiently repeat until it is understood. He successfully aided in passing a challenging College math placement exam.
His weekly support is great help during school year and in preparation for school year.
Craig has a teaching style that fosters a solid learning of the subject matter being taught. He makes you worked through the problems so you feel confident with what you are learning.
Craig is flexible and provided feedback on all the lessons.
My son who is in algebra 2 needed to be shown step by step how to do his math, and Craig was patient and accomplished a great deal in just one hour. He is great with kids and an excellent teacher.
Craig is a very experienced and knowledgeable tutor. He's very friendly and knows how to deal with teenagers. My son meets with him for AP Trig/Precalc and also some Physics. Craig is able to help my son with all his questions and explains all concepts to him. After just two sessions, my son's next math test was much better. Thank you!
Craig is a really great tutor. He is helping my daughter with algebra 2. He's on time, professional, patient, knows his subject, and is an overall great support.
Thank you for helping my son improve his grade in Trigonometry. It was such a relief to hear him sound so positive about getting his homework assignments completed and being prepared for tests. And thank you for helping with the other subjects too, and for giving him sound advice on dealing with teachers and negotiating his way through high school. Your optimistic attitude and calm, respectful method is just right for getting through to teenagers and helping them get ahead.
Craig was on time and was a great tutor for my child. Have only had one lesson so far, but helped her a great deal already. Very happy with Craig!
Craig is so wonderful with our son. He is very focused and patient. He truly cares how our son is doing with Algebra. He is always on time and stays until he and our son feel they have accomplished the work. I highly recommend Craig to any High School Student!
In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
I earned a California Single-Subject Teaching Credential for Math and Physics. I also have a Mechanical Engineering degree, which included calculus-based physics courses. And, for the past four years, I have been tutoring students in high school and college-level (algebra-based) physics courses.
