Ken has been a life saver for our family! I home-school my 11th grader and the idea of teaching her pre-calculus was daunting. Ken came in and saved the day, by far the easiest way to home school a child. He is patient and works well with shy teens. He has increased her confidence in math. I highly recommend his services.

Really helped me understand concepts that I had forgotten. Didn't make me feel silly for not remembering. Worked with me until I understood.

Ken is an excellent tutor. I liked how he was patient explaining a math method other ways, if I didn't understand something. He is very knowledgeable about knowing the rules of solving all types of math. He also taught me specific details/helpful hints of how to solve particular math problems. I appreciate how he took the time to create worksheets to help me during my tutoring session. During the tutoring session, he encouraged me that I was doing a good job with math. I appreciated the encouragement, because it has made me want to study and know that I am able to conquer my goals. Thank you so much Ken.

Ken taught me how to be myself as far as sorting with out trying to do too much , he was very calm and also patient ! He really helped me a lot

Excellent instructor and he offers more than one avenue to answer a math problem. I feel a lot more confident for the cbest.

Last minute help! I'm going to continue with on-line lessons in the future. I'm confident in my preparation for next week.

I can't THANK him enough! Emailed him last minute because my son confessed he didn't understand the test material for his test in two days and Ken was awesome! Responding promptly, being agreeable and open to helping in person or using FaceTime all within one night. When wet met in person, he was a professional, on time and 100% knowledgeable. Truly grateful and my son is totally prepared! I would definitely recommend!

Ken helps my son in improving his ability to solve word problems. He is a patient tutor, and my son is truly pleased with the way he handles his tutoring session. He said he is learning a lot from Ken.

My son spoke highly of Ken. He enjoyed their conversation and states he was very easy to relate to. My son likes to do well and after one session with Ken he spoke on the things he and Ken had in common, goals, and how to achieve them. The only reason I his mom am responding is because my son is sound asleep and I didn't want one night to pass by without helping someone else with my comment. My husband and I are in agreement that Ken is the right choice for our son. Although this is only our second meeting, Ken gives off a spirit of honesty and integrity which are principles we look for in people. God never disappoints. He always gives us what we need through the people He sends into our life.

Ken made my son's first experience with a tutor easy, enjoyable and comfortable. I'm thrilled my son is looking forward to these sessions.

If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.

Many teachers teach and most of us learned to spell by giving students a weekly list of words to practice and then testing them. In truth, the only people that really learned through that method became teachers in later life. Moreover, it's just plain boring.
