About Troy

Just when you thought there is no light at the end of the tunnel, you have access to someone experienced and readily available to help.
One that has been there and done that, I am an Engineering Professional able to assist in getting over those intimidating high hurdles and to navigate through seemingly insurmountable subject matter. I have tutored individuals of all ages and abilities using visualization tools to solve the most difficult problems in math and science. Learning mathematics for many can seem like a daunting task - similar to learning a new language from a different culture in a foreign land. I will act as translator and navigator enabling you to get there by your own accord. I currently hold a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA where I graduated with honors.

Approved subjects are in bold.

Approved subjects

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.

Excellent understanding and explanation of material

One tutoring session so far but definitely helpful with getting me on board in understanding the architectural engineering problems I was having trouble with. Great!
